I want to thank God for this achievement, because without Him I would be nothing. I want to thank my parents and dear family, dear friends, and special people because they have helped me a lot over the years. My friends at UIB, Masters of Law in Batch 8, I also thank all of you for supporting me whether I was in Batam or in Korea. Also to all my professors and professors who guided me and thought about almost anything law, until I got this degree. This achievement will not make me the best of all, because I know I still need to learn more, because we, the young generation, are agents of change. So for those of you reading this, I hope we can learn more and don’t stop there. Because we have a lot more to accomplish.
As a public figure, namely the Chairman of the PERDA Formation Council DPRD KEPRI, I am more confident and proud as a UIB Alumni. This campus has qualified teaching staff with high discipline, as well as very adequate learning facilities, so that the knowledge gained allows me to excel in the field. My message is for the younger generation, if you want to seek knowledge, study at UIB, but if you are just looking for a degree, UIB is not the place.
When I decided to take the Master of Law Program at UIB Batam, initially it was driven by my career interests at the Batam Port Health Office. I am a doctor, studying law, as if running away from my education path. However, after I attended education in the first semester, my outlook began to change. There is something interesting and challenging about studying law. UIB provides knowledge that is very useful and very applicable in my place of work. I will continue to develop my knowledge for the benefit of the surroundings and UIB supports me on that.
